Please note that a travel fee will apply for listings located more than 50 miles from our office:

• 50–75 miles: $25 fee

• Over 75 miles: $50 fee

Our system is simple and automated. Simply click the “Request Appointment” button located in the menu. Through our booking system, you will be able to create your very own account, request photoshoots, as well as download content and make secure payments.

Additionally, you can always request a photoshoot over the phone or through email.

Once you receive your content via email, you will be given the option to pay by using a Credit Card within the download link. (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover)

If you wish to pay outside of the booking system, we do also accept cash, checks, Paypal, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Venmo.

We understand that things come up and we allow cancellations with proper notice and in the instance of an emergency at no cost.

However, if a scheduled photoshoot is canceled within 24-hours of the appointment with no extenuating circumstances, there will be a $50 cancellation fee added to the next order placed.

Ideally 7-10 days out. But the more notice you can provide the better.

Before our photographers arrive, we ask that the home is in photo-ready condition. This includes having all of the blinds open, lights on, and fan blades switched off. We also ask that all rooms be decluttered and well arranged.

Photoshoot duration will vary depending on the size of the property and services selected. As a general rule, most photoshoots take at least 1.5 hours to complete.

No, if the home is on a lockbox system, you can simply provide the code when booking with us. We also have Supra access.

We are also always happy to meet with the homeowner or property manager to gain access.

If the weather is unfavorable, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available date at no cost.

If you choose to proceed with unfavorable weather conditions, we cannot guarantee all services chosen for the listing will have the ability to be completed.

Usage: The original person(s) who paid for this service has permission to use the content on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration of the property’s listing and can not be reused without specific permission.

Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather has the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market. If the content is going to be used for long-term marketing (websites, billboards, flyers, social media, etc.) consent by the copyright owner must be given first.

We strictly enforce our copyright policy to protect the integrity and quality of our work. As such, we do not permit the purchase or transfer of real estate photos that were taken more than 12 months ago. This ensures that all images reflect the most current state of the property and maintain the high standards our clients expect. If you wish to purchase photos taken more than 12 months ago, a new photography appointment will be required. For any inquiries or to purchase photos within the 12-month timeframe, please contact us directly.
